My husband's ear had been blocked for over a week even though he had been putting drops in them. The reviews of this product seemed to suggest that this would help. Well he tried every which way and I tried for him too but no wax came out on this spiral. They see too soft to collect anything. To my mind a waste of money.

The box came broken, unfortunately, and the product is too wide at the front to fit into my small ears.I used this in comparison to cotton buds (my initial reason for buying this) and the product did not get anything out, but the cotton buds took loads out.I was hoping that I was just using it wrong, but I re-read the instructions (and again) and there was no difference.

Having been deaf for over a week in one ear I thought I'd give this a try,had a good soak in the bath to soften wax and ear drops and gave it a go,I can now hear again,no real discomfort when using,I was sure it wouldnt work but as the picture shows it works great,probably took about 20 to 30 goes to get most of the wax out,bit tricky to find the right angle but once you do its great

Mine turned up today. Not impressed.It was dirty before I even opened it!It had no sealing packaging around the container. Clearly the container is rubbish because there were bits of cardboard, dust & fluff (?) all over the product. (Even tho there wasn’t any cardboard packaging?).The tips are REALLY soft plastic (more like jelly honestly) and don’t do anything except bend.At first I thought it might be just me so I had another look at the instructions. Which is an A5 bit of paper with 4 pictures and literally saying which way to turn it, not to use on children under 12 and that the tips are one use disposal.“do not reuse or wash spiral tips. These tips are good for one-time use only (one per ear canal). Reusing tips may cause infection or ear damage”.So you will need to use 2 tips if you wish to clean both ears. It came with 16 tips, making it “useable” 8 times.This product is a complete waste of time. PLEASE do not buy.

Great idea, better and safer than tips. Really pleased with it, would recommend it

Not really that effective. Micro suction is much better and safer. Best avoid.

Also mit diesen weichen Silikonspitzen kann man nichts aus den Ohren holen, dazu ist das Silikon zu weich. Oder meine Ohren sind zu sauber, nein natürlich nicht. Erst habe ich dieses Silikon-Ding nach Anleitung genutzt, war nichts dran hängen geblieben, danach mit einem Wattestäbchen, da hat man dann gesehen, das man gründlich war.Also ich kann nur abraten von diesem Silikon-Dingens. Das beste ist ja, es wird auf Facebook immer in der Werbung gezeigt, um es dort für 20€ zu kaufen. Ich schaue mir das dann an, google, finde dann meist alles hier bei Amazon, um das zehnfache günstiger, also wenn ich soviel Geld dafür ausgegeben hätte, ich würde mich noch mehr ärgern.....

Lieferzeit statt 2 Wochen 2 Monate...Die Aufsätze rasten nicht ein....Hilft im Ohr nur für den Eingang, mit Q-Tip muss der Rest rausgeholt werden.Die Aufsätze sind aus Silicon und können leicht geeinigt werden, wozu 16 Stück ?Das macht nur Sinn wenn die Größen unterschiedlich sind.Der Preis lohnt nicht für die Rücksendung, das China Gadget wandert in den Müll.
