Magnificent flavor
The smoked trout has been very good and tasteful. Ideal with cream cheese, cappers and cucumbers or just alone on crackers.

Very good with many dry spots.
Good smoked flavor that wasn't overwhelming. The centermost area was best while rest was a bit dry so that it needed to be mixed with something to moisten it. Did send out some as a gift which was received on cold packs. Boxes all arrived very well packaged & very cold.
