Used to be great, now awful.
This was the highest quality and best product for many many years of my career. Unfortunately, now the battery does not last more than a year and the adapter that transitions from European power supply to the traditional 110 V here, barely even hangs on, so you have to tape it to the wall and force it into place to make the clipper charge. Unfortunately, there is no customer service available to help fix this issue. DO NOT BUY.

This is my second clipper from HairArt. i use on at work and my husband and son use the one at home. It will power through the thickest hair.
