WINDEK Whiteshark Mix/Mix Pro Replace Battery 122Wh/11000mAh

Bought as an extra battery for multiple dives. It’s equivalent to original and works as intended.

This product works just as advertised. Highly recommend.

We ordered 2 of these batteries. The tab on the end broke off of one of them when we attempted to insert in to the battery compartment. The number on the battery that broke is BA21802591. It is not usable with this broken tab. The other battery is fine.

I needed to replace the original battery that came with the scooter as it began to expand and crack. The original Still held a charge and ran for a while but too dangerous to keep. So I purchased the only option available and the first one would not hold a charge as the original one does. I tried a few time with the proper charging cable and it still held the charge for less than time as the original …. Had to return and try a replacement that just came. Also with just a 6 month warranty it is sort f useless as the pool season here is 4-5 months

Bought their product and loved it. Works great so I wanted another battery for it. Ordered it without really looking at the description (my bad), and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to find out it didn't come with the charging cord for the hefty price. You would think with the $160+ price tag they could have thrown in a freaking charging cord. COME ON! Stick with the main product and stay away from an extra battery. Not worth the money people.UPDATE: Battery locking tab broke off the first time I used it. Still works but doesn't lock into place like it should. Buyer beware!

Had the Subblue White shark for over a year and one of the batteries started leaking and didn’t keep a charge. I ordered a replacement, which is the one in the picture. I’ve had it for only 2 weeks and it looks like this. Asked for replacement.

Bought 2 of these last year June 2022. They lasted 1 year. Both cracked wide open while being charged. Wasted a lot of money. Don’t buy these

This battery works fine, it's just like the original battery that came with the Whiteshark. However, for the number of cells in this battery it is priced about 3 times what it should be. Even 50 bucks for this battery would be a lot. Since the battery is a custom design you don't have a choice if you want a spare battery. I hate it when companies make a custom design and then rip off their customers.

Nach einen Defekt am Akku, der leider etwas aus der Garantie war, wurde vom Kundendienst kurzfristig eine wirklich kulante Lösung angeboten und realisiert. Wirklich toller Support.
