Little Black HIPAA Compliant Nursing Rounds Notebook

This book does its job, but I wish it had areas to write out mental health notes. I've used this book during my clinical rotations at school, and during my mental health rotation, I found it doesn't have a spot for mental health. So I had to improvise the notes for me to enter mental health notes.

i love this little book, such a great idea. I started using this for med surg clinical rotations and it has everything that i need in it. Thank you so much!
