Why is this dispenser not returnable? This is the worst tasting water i have ever tasted

It's not the dispenser it doesn't add anything to your water it maybe the bottled water you purchased has additives in it

How long is the warranty for the Cosvalve water dispenser?

Sorry, went back and checked paperwork that came with it and no warranty info. This is the 3rd one we have owned. The 1st just stopped working. 2nd was used from our Son and still worked but we wanted this one cause you don't need to lift the bottle. So all this this has been over 20 years. I guess that's not too bad.

How do you remove the drip tray?

Just pull the drip tray out, very very easy!
