2012 Chevy Sonic 1.8l heater tube
Perfect fit. After 100,000 miles my new hobby is chasing down oil and coolant leaks on this car. This part was not to tough to install and solved 1 problem. Tip 1) cut the old existing tubing near where it inserts into the thermostat housing. It will be brittle. If it is leaking from the housing it is probably cracked where you can't see it. Gently try wiggling it out. When/if you get it out compare the old end to the new end to make sure the entire part came out. If half of it broke off inside the housing screw a sheet metal screw into it and pull it out. If that doesn't work use a dental type pick and an awl to get the piece out. If it breaks up wet vac the pieces out. They'll come out along with a little coolant.

JUNK!!! JUNK!!! JUNK!!!
Just go to the dealer for this part as it is just a piece of trash... It won"t lock properly on the thermostat housing and will blow off under pressure... Would give it no stars if I could... Caused my wife to breakdown and I had to fix it on the spot with new part from dealer which went on with no problems...
