I found The Team Discovered: Dialogic Team Coaching to be both an informative and enjoyable read.The book introduces and explains the concepts and then expounds on each concept through an illustrative story. The author explains each concept clearly, without getting mired in jargon. But it is the weaving of the illustrative story throughout the book that really drives the points home.Books that weave theory together with example often expand into tomes that take ages to read. Not so with The Team Discovered: Dialogic Team Coaching. The book is very readable and concise enough to be finished in just a few sessions.I now appreciate how simplistic my view of team development was before reading the book. And I now know how to improve it. If you manage teams, this book is certainly worth your time and money.

I found the book informative. The book is segmented to speak of the theory of Dialogic OD later goes onto illustrate its application through an anecdote of 2 consultants. Each chapter provides a section of reflection which provides readers a good opportunity to examine the situation with a deeper lens
