Good substitute for fresh ginger. Not as flavorful as fresh but much more convenient.

Fabulous quality and value! Great flavor and very handy to use when you might be out of fresh ground ginger. Mccormick never ever has let me down. Just made a wonderful stir-fry dinner and I used this product with some garlic and honey....there were no leftovers!

It was ordered & arrived in the two day window & I like to buy in bulk because it's cheaper. This has done the job for me although sometimes the stores won't carry nutmeg in a container of this size & the smaller containers cost a lot more per unit price than this container does through Amazon & they don't last as long. This will last me for several months because a little of this stuff goes a long way in my home made deserts.

I use this ginger spice daily for my morning oatmeal, which I prepare from the previous evening. I like the quality and smell. The test is also good. I recommend this spice for any kitchen.
