I was very pleased at the ease of assembly and quality of the product. Only small issue I had was trying to use a manual screwdriver to install the handles on the drawers. I found that using a cordless drill, I was able to install the screws for the handles and the wheels with ease. On my drill, I set the torque to 2, for just enough force to not overtighten. I like that the drawer rails were pre-installed, and handle and wheel holes, while not pre-drilled, were pre-marked. Overall, the process of assembly was a breeze, and I am very happy with the overall fit and finish of the final assembled cabinet. All drawers and parts line up well, and the moving parts move as intended.

I want to get a good little cabinet for my new work-from-home office. I was looking for something that have plenty of storage space but does not take much space itself. This one is exactly what I needed. It holds copy paper and office supplies in the smaller drawer above and all my files and folders in the bottom drawer. I am really happy that it comes with wheels since it gets kind of heavy after I load in all the files.It does come in pieces, but it doesn’t take long to put it together as long as you follow the instruction. Even though the price suggests otherwise, it doesn’t look cheap at all! In fact, I also got the matching desk because I like the aesthetic so much.Overall this is a great addition to my little office. 5 out of 5!

My 10 year-old granddaughter and I put this together in a couple of hours one afternoon. We had a lot of fun doing this project together! It looks GOOD and We're proud.Pro: Good instructions, we messed up a few times, but were always able to take apart, find our mistake, and then do it correctly. We both liked that everything lined up the way they should, ie the front boards had metal posts (ok we were total babes in the woods with this!) things that screwed in easily and the holes and metal disk things in the side boards actually lined up with those posts and fit together. Woo!Cons: It may have been us, but when everything was put together I discover that though the file drawer is set for hanging folders when I put the Plastic Tabs on the folders they would rub on the bottom of the next drawer. So I ended up leaving off the plastic tabs and just used different colored hanging folders and stuck labels on directly on the folders. The regular file folders inserted into the hanging folders work fine.I will definitely buy this cabinet again if I end up needing more drawer/file space under my L shaped desk.

I looked high and low for the right filing cabinet for me and this was it! I wanted 3 drawers with the bottom for files and something in a walnut type tone that was affordable. This was it! My husband put it together in less than an hour - I didn't hear any complaining, so it must have been easy. I like the wheel under the bottom drawer, makes for opening the drawer easier and the cabinet doesn't fall forward. Be aware that this is not a deep cabinet (which was just fine with me). It is perfect for my new work from home office! Oh, and it doubles as my printer stand!

The overall look and design were just what I expected, but the design was a bit off when it came to things lining up and fitting together well, which is always somewhat expected when it comes to pre-fab furniture, with gaps on the drawers and things cut slightly off to fit together sturdily. Overall, a nice looking asthetic, and decent filing cabinet for the affordable priceThe biggest disappointment was that the handle for my largest drawer was completely produced incorrectly, with the holes for the screws in the wrong place so I can’t screw it in at all. When I tried, it cracked the Formica and made a blemish in the drawer face. Now I am going to have to try and Gorilla Glue it on, so I have a drawer pull. QT was way off on that one. Also, The long silver screws that fit into the drawer side pieces to attach them to the drawer faces and back pieces are supposed to screw into prescrewed holes with plastic threading pieces in them. On our filing cabinet, the plastic threading pieces broke on 3 of those screws rendering them unable to be used. (See picture). We were still able to screw everything together with force, but I’m sure it will affect the longevity of use down the road.Would generally recommend, but don’t be surprised if you curse to high heaven putting this together and have to get crafty!

Just perfect for me. I saw a lot of reviews that said it was hard to assemble but I took a chance due to other good reviews. I’m glad I did! It looks overwhelming when you take it out of the box and some of the pieces to protect the cabinet are made out of the cabinet material so it looks like there’s more pieces than there really are. The instructions are very easy to follow. Once completed it is smaller than the bulky end table I replaced but has all the room. I’m taking the time to review since I’m very happy with it.

update: This thing fell apart in Dec. Threw it away.Original review: This item gets mixed reviews. Mixed review usually do not bother me so I bought this ... right price and enough people had a good experience that I took a chance. This could be a quality of control issue ... some people get a good cabinet ... some don't. I didn't. It was a pain to put together ... mainly because it kept falling apart in the process. When we finally got it to stand ... it still comes apart at some places (See pic) I keep a screwdriver handy to "tighten" the different areas ... never stays. I'm probably going to use some wood glue to make it stick together. I thought about returning it ... but then I would have to take it apart when what I felt like was ripping it apart. I've kept it. I don't need it to be real sturdy. I haven't put heavy stuff in it and I don't move it so maybe it will last a little while.
