I bought this mat 5 years ago. It has been a lifesaver! I have autoimmune issues and get stiff sore joints and muscles. And my job is very physically demanding. It helps relax my muscles so much! And my cat loves it. She throws a little tantrum when the the heat is off. So it's gotten pretty much continuous use for 3 quarters of the year for the last 5 years. Unfortunately a few weeks ago, I went to turn it on and it died. I communicated with the company, and they were super helpful and sent me a new controller for it free of charge. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem, so I think the issue must be worn out wires inside the mat, so I will have to order another mat. But I definitely plan to with my next paycheck. Its so worth it!!

i bought the RIchway biomat years ago.. its heavy, but effective for my needs.. few years later, it broke apart.. and became fire risk! its very expensive, cost >1500$ ! found this product on Amazon.. with great reviews, lets test it out! overall, its AWESOME product.. * get the job done (effective), for my needs (improve sleep quality, muscle ache, etc) * much lower cost than Richway! * very sturdy and lightweight! i brought this mat for all my travel... since its lightweight and easy on my back.. unlike the heavy Richway! * on cold weather, this help tremendously to warm the body.. less need on the room heater :) i like it so much, i bought second one for my spouse.. unfortunately, less than a year, the first mat failed and no longer heat.. i never dropped it or damaged. so, i reached out their customer service... simple email.. and then, no question asked, they shipped me brand new mat.. and arrived in a week! overall. awesome customer service and excellent product.. i am happy customer.. :))

I just made the decision to purchase this vs. the super expensive bio mat from Ridgeway. I have used the other bio mat many years ago. I like the idea of the different crystals on this mat. It heats up nicely and evenly. It feels amazing. I took photos so you can see what it looks like out of the box. It comes with a nice carrier bag, the controller and a pamphlet with instructions. The crystals that come in the mat are tourmaline, the far infrared balls, jade, amethyst and turquoise (although it's not listed in the pamphlet for some reason). I haven't used it as much as I would like to yet, but when I do, my mind feels relaxed, as do my muscles and joints. Since this mat has a lot of crystals, I did Reiki on it to clear them and put healing energy into them. I am the only person using the mat, but I imagine if a body worker was using this on clients, you may want to consider doing a nice clearing ritual to clear the mat of the last client's energy. If you have back pain, this helps a lot and is worth the money. I lay on it before I go to bed and I feel fresh as haaell in the morning. Heats up really fast and feels amazing, puts me to sleep it’s so relaxing. Get one, I dare you, your back dares you.

This mat is not worth the price they’re selling it. It stopped working a year after buying. The electrical device that the mat plugs into shows one heating setting and it never goes above 10 or 20. There’s no support really other than an email and only a 30 day return. Do not purchase! Total rip-off for $350. I wish I had just invested in a Biomat from Richway instead like I did 10 years ago. That one still works!! I would avoid this product line and I’m going to try to see if there’s anything I can do to fix the mat and I will update this review if that happens.

I love the quality of this mat and didn't want to spend the huge money that the Rainbow Mat cost at 5x the amount. This one is very well made. It is much heavier than I thought it would be, so that is a bit inconvenient, but it warms up beautifully. Make sure you put a blanket, sheet or some kind of fabric on top of it before you lay on it - you don't want your skin to come in direct contact with it or you could get a burn if you have the temp up too high and you are on it too long. I noticed that the first 2 weeks I felt very sluggish and zapped of energy after using this and I think it's because toxins were leaving my system which tells me this thing might actually work! It is very soothing and a wonderful habit to add to your bedtime routine. I don't know about others, but mine seems to have static electricity and it zaps me when I touch it sometimes - not sure what's up with that or if it is something to worry about - the connections are secure so maybe it is the crystal energy? Or maybe the thing is haunted! I don't know. I do like it a lot and am glad I purchased it. I use a mylar blanket on top of it and put a cover over me and I get very warm and sometimes sweat so it can feel like a sauna. Drink plenty of water before and after. I think you will be glad you invested in this - it's a wonderful tool for your wellness.

I ordered this mat back in May. I received it for a friend of mine who is having trouble with his heart, and the mat helps to relieve the pain. The mat that I received worked for quite a while, but then stopped heating up to this normal temperature. I contacted the shipper and told them about it and they were very prompted. Get me another one there within seven days from my response. I am very happy with this. Matt and I am very, very happy with the Shipper that provides it I would buy products from them again
