Q: Is this a touch screen?????

No, this OLED display doesn't have touch screen capability. It would need additional pins (output) in addition to the electronics to support this.

Q: Can the i2c address be changed on these ? as there are no address change pads for the zero ohm resistor.

No, it appears we're stuck with 0x3C. My board has two SMD resistors that can be moved but they will simply swap the GND and VCC pins. I don't see any option for address selection.

Q: Is there a better spec sheet?
