Definitely Works!
This stuff burned like crazy if it got on the surrounding skin, but it sure did work. It only took 3 days of use before my wart fell off. Super easy to use and pretty good quality, I’d say.

Works on skintags albeit a bit slow
I use these to remove skin tags. It's not instant and may take a few attempts but the annoying things eventually shrivel and fall off. Best way to apply is to dab a bit of antibacterial cream around first with a Q-tip, then apply the liquid sparingly. Try to just dab a skin tag and use a small fan or blower on it so it hardens white else it may drip. No need to cover it after it hardens white and some spillover is ok as the antibacterial cream acts as a skin barrier. If you apply too much, it will burn the skin around and leave patches so go easy and use a Q-tip for sure. More doesn't help as it simply dries over in layers. It's the least invasive option for me currently. Not fast but may help remove the occasional. I'd use this over those plasma pens.

Instant results, it works!
Highly recommend, it works! I had four warts along my neck. After trying and giving up on different remedies, Compound W began working immediately, in just four days the warts were gone. *Burning/stinging sensation may occur, I preferred it knowing the warts were being cleaned out completely. I highly recommend Compound W for difficult to remove warts. Extremely simple to apply, fast drying. Good luck!

Works, But Be Prepared for Stinging and Patience
Works, But Be Prepared for Stinging and Patience Compound W Maximum Strength Fast Acting Gel is one of the stronger at-home wart removers I’ve tried, and it definitely works—but not overnight. The gel is easy to apply thanks to its no-drip formula, and it stays put on the wart instead of running everywhere. Within a few days, you start to see the wart tissue soften and whiten, and over time it peels away. That said, this isn’t painless. The salicylic acid can sting, and if you accidentally get it on the surrounding skin, it may cause irritation or a burning sensation. For best results, you really need to be precise when applying, and it helps to cover the treated spot with a bandage or patch so the gel doesn’t rub off. Using it consistently—usually once or twice a day—is key. It’s not an instant fix. Smaller warts can respond in a couple of weeks, while more stubborn plantar warts may take a month or more of steady use. For some, it completely clears the wart; for others, the wart may shrink but come back later if treatment stops too soon. Bottom line: If you’re patient and apply it carefully, this gel is a solid, affordable alternative to a dermatologist visit. Just be prepared for some stinging, skin irritation around the area, and the fact that results can take several weeks.

Happy Satisfied Customer
Okay I rarely come in and write reviews but for this product I must!!!! Let’s just say I had this stubborn wart on my finger for forever. I’ve tried freeze. I’ve tried the Band-Aids. I’ve tried everything except for this gel. I came on Amazon and read the reviews and saw there was excellent reviews so I tried this product myself. Let’s just say two applications and it’s already almost gone. I cannot believe it. I’m in disbelief. This is by far the best product I’ve ever used and happy that this stubborn wart is almost gone. This gel gets a 5 star review from me :) I’m sorry I don’t have a before picture, it truly works!!!

Got rid of warts that had been hanging around for several months
My son had a few stubborn warts on his knee and this stuff took care of it. I applied it probably 4-5 nights over the course of a week or so and covered it with a bandaid, then took a break for about a week to assess. It was definitely effective in getting rid of them and I haven't had to reapply it since. I will say my 6 year old said it stung but I suppose that is to be expected. I also had to clean his knee thoroughly with a bath/washcloth throughout the whole week as the gel creates a white, sticky, bubbly paste once applied.

Compound W Maximum Strength Fast Acting Gel Wart Remover with 12 ConSeal Patches
Effective Treatment with a Little Patience and Care I picked up the Compound W Maximum Strength Fast Acting Gel Wart Remover with the 12 ConSeal patches to treat a stubborn wart on my finger, and overall, it worked quite well—though it does require consistency and a bit of patience. The gel itself is strong and effective. After applying it daily as directed, I noticed the wart beginning to dry out and peel within the first week. It didn’t completely disappear right away, but with continued use over a couple of weeks, the wart shrank significantly and eventually came off completely. It's definitely one of the more effective over-the-counter solutions I’ve tried. The included ConSeal patches are a nice bonus, helping to protect the treated area while keeping the medication in place. They’re discreet enough to wear throughout the day and help avoid irritation from friction or dirt. That said, they don’t always stick well for a full day, especially if you're active or washing your hands frequently, so I sometimes had to replace them sooner than expected. A few tips: Be careful to apply the gel only to the wart, as it can irritate surrounding skin. Use the patches to help contain the area and reduce accidental spread. Give it time—it’s not instant, but it does work if you're consistent. The only reason for taking off one star is the patch adhesion and the potential for skin irritation if you’re not precise with application. Otherwise, it’s a solid, reliable treatment. Highly recommend for those looking for an at-home wart remover that actually works—just be patient and follow the instructions closely.
