Q: I've noticed that since hanes have switched to vietnam to manufacture their underware the quality has suffered greatly. Are these made in Vietnam?

I recently purchased 4 packs of Hanes Women’s Boy Shorts. I’ve purchased and worn this type for a few years and love them. However, the ones I just purchased were made in Vietnam and says RECYCLED polyester! I had these in my bag for our beach vacation and when I put them on I immediately became itchy and irritated, and burning! I was thinking it had come from the salt and sand and crushed shells in the ocean water. Been home 5 days now… took my shower before bed grabbed one of these paid to put on and by 3 am I had to get them off as same thing had happened again. Felt like I was Raw the irritation was so bad! Never again! Check the labels!

Q: Why am I not as happy with these.The qulity is very different?

It’s a good question. I’m quite disappointed myself. The material they have used is garbage. It’s rough. For some reason the black ones are far worse than the gray. I have a suspicion that Companies send their junk items that should go to an outlet store to Amazon buyers.

These boxer briefs are packaged by Hanes as and sold in a five-pack. Different sellers use different terms when listing things in their own systems. This is all well and good, until inventories get uploaded and Amazon assumes they're different things.
