Eden Foods Furikake Shake, 2.1 oz

This stuff is simple, but really makes many things pop. This is less expensive than some furikake but just as tasty. One thing makes it better than basic furikake with black and white sesame and nori flakes, it has pickled shiso leaf, and you can taste it. Very nice. Great topper for Ramen, udon, etc.

Our bottle doesn't indicate that it's furikake, but I think that's what it is. Our bottle says "Eden Shake." It is excellent, providing a wonderful flavor and nice crunch to salads.

I use this in an Asian carrot salad and it's delicious

It’s mostly sesame seeds with just a hint of nori (and an even smaller hint of shiso). Not anything crazy exciting, but it’s refreshing that this furikake is not chock full of salt. I’ll add salt/soy sauce when I feel like it.

This is my favorite furikake and it's not full of any weird fillers. It's the best on popcorn with rice vinegar.
