I ordered these decals a few months ago after a hummingbird crashed into one of our living room windows and died. 😥 We’ve always had issues with birds hitting our windows, and we’ve tried all kinds of ways to prevent it with little success. Since applying these decals, we haven’t had a single bird strike. But this morning I removed them so that our realtor could take pictures of our house, and in less than an hour a pair of hummingbirds crashed into the window. Needless to say, the decals went back up immediately...and I had to write this review.

In the two(ish) years we've lived here, I've never once washed the sliding door glass and never had a bird crash into the door either, until literally an hour after I finished wiping the door down. These were easy to apply and don't disrupt our view of the porch/bird feeders, nor do they look all that bad when you do happen to focus on them. The birds haven't been crashing into the door since, though I had to keep adding them down to the bottom because they were trying to fly under them.

They work. We had birds daily smacking into our windows multiple times, sometimes to their death. They were easy to install. I don’t understand why the seller wants you to get the window wet, it makes no sense to me as they are clingy. I’m lazy so I just stuck them on and hoped for the best. Worked like a charm. Every once in a while one of the edges will curl but I just go press it down and we’re good to go. I put mine about a foot to 18 inches apart and they’re working great. I would buy this product again.

I absolutely loved the variation of designs within the packet of clings! I had two to three birds hit my window every day! I haven't had any hit my window since I put the clings on! Lights seen are from in my kitchen. Can easily see everything from looking inside to outside. Clings are easily removed, but I do plan on keeping them on all year! Definitely a great value for the money paid! I've seen negative reviews that have said they "don't stick". It's more than likely because those people haven't washed their window properly. Mix 2 cups water, 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar, and 1/2 tsp Dawn Dish Detergent into a spray bottle. Shake the bottle to make sure mixed well. Spray on windows and mirrors and wipe off with a lint free towel. If outdoor windows are difficult to clean- spray with water first then spray the solution until completely saturated and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Spray off with water.

I love having these on our sliding glass doors. My goal was to prevent birds from hitting the glass. There still have been some times birds have hit the glass, and then I try repositioning the butterflies to the places they hit. But these are sheer enough to see through while still seeing the image of each butterfly. One butterfly in my package was totally clear but all the rest were fine. I like these. They are easy to remove and reposition.

Placed these on my front glass door because the birds kept running into my glass door. This fixed the problem perfectly.

I put them on this morning. It was super easy. I had no birds fighting their reflection today and these are much prettier than the bubble wrap I had up until these got here. They do not obstruct my view out.

We have huge windows by our patio. Sometimes the birds get confused or startled, especially the doves, and would bonk into the windows. After taking two doves to the local nature center, I knew I had to do something.These work perfectly. Haven't had a single bonk since I put them up.

I bought these butterflies to replace some Christmas 'stickers' I had on the window that I'd gotten rather used to. Despite the accurate description on Amazon that they wouldn't appear as bold to humans as they would to birds I decided to try them anyway. The effect is still quite good. Ok, so they are not white but I think you still get the idea from the outside, so as a window effect, they are quite nice. I will mainly be using them on a patio door though in the spring so I suspect they will do the job they are intended to do. They come as individual butterflies and the packing was quite tight so a couple were bent at the edges, but they peel away and ease onto the window easily.

Our old window stickers had perished and we really needed some more as previously we had lots of bird window strikes. These are OK but we have to keep "sticking" them back on as they curl up in the sun (when we have it!). I don't think they are going to last nearly as long as our old ones sadly but they seem to be doing the job for now.

Had new windows fitted and suddenly we were living in suicide ally - every day a bird would crash into the glass- very depressing 😔😔😔.Found these - no more crashes!!They work and don't spoil the look of the windows - happy days ☺☺☺.

I really like these but I'm not sure if they can be seen at the other side of the double glazing. I bought them purely to try and stop the birds flying into the doors and windows so I hope they work. I'm also concerned that the sun may 'bake ' them onto the glass. I shall keep a careful eye on them. I have also put a couple on a large indoor mirror and they are beautiful without being too obvious.

Can hardly see them on windows looks like dirty handprints from a distance I thought they would be more colourful. Bought as a deterrent to birds flying into windows but can hardly see butterflys
