So impressed with this baby monitor. For my first baby I had a £150 popular branded one, but this is just as good with an even better price. The camera is so clear, both day and night modes. The sound is good and 2 way feature works well. Parent screen holds charge for a long time, I dont feel that I have to charge it very often. Very easy to use, no set up at all. 100% recommended!

I couldn’t be happier with this baby camera. The video quality is clear, the sound is great, and it gives me so much peace of mind being able to check on my baby anytime. The connection is stable and the monitor is very easy to use, even for first-time parents. I did have a small issue with the monitor at one point, but the customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement right away with no hassle at all. That kind of support really makes a difference and shows they stand behind their product. Great camera, very simple to use, always has a clear image of baby. We got this after seeing our friends using it, later found out our neighbours also do. Great price range for the product. Provides all the information needed; room temp etc. volume control is good, eco mode is helpful and the controls to change position makes it easier to monitor baby. There is good quality 2way speaker which has been helpful to speak to partner if I’m stuck with baby, or to soothe baby when in another part of the house. Would recommend. I also love the fact that it doesn’t use WiFi, and the monitor has a great battery life which means I can take it around the house with me whilst baby sleeps. The range is good, from babies bedroom (front of house) to the end of the back garden!!

been using for a month now and it is for my purpose. battery life ok. monitor is ok. picture quality is very good. I only use it for a couple of hours at night before I come to bed so not sure if battery would last the whole night as I charge it up every couple of days. I got it on sale so was worth it.

Absolutely love this HelloBaby monitor! The sound quality is amazing — it’s so clear that I can hear even the smallest noises from my baby. It gives me real peace of mind, especially at night. The overall build quality feels great and everything works smoothly. Definitely a great purchase and I would highly recommend it to other parents!

I rarely leave reviews but as this is an item for baby safety I would say please do not buy this monitor. Reasons include: 1. The range is terrible meaning that walking more than a short distance renders it useless (the entire point of a monitor is being able to have visibilty on your baby when not right in the room with them, so utterly worthless in that regard) 2. Even when in range the sound is extremely patchy meaning baby could be screaming and you wouldn't hear or wake up to it as the sound cuts out with no notification. 3. We purchased this at the end of 2025, and by January 2026 it no longer charges. The unit is now dead, we have tried different cables etc but it will not charge. It literally suddenly stopped. The camera works but is obviously useless without the monitor. This is not our first child or baby monitor, and can say with clarity this is absolutely not fit for purpose. This monitor caused more anxiety than it eased and is not worth even considering as a piece of equipment you would rely on for your baby and their well being. Do not buy.

Excellent baby monitor , a real bargain , with really clear picture on the screen and easy to use parent monitor with many features such as lullabies , temp monitoring , talking through unit to camera end to baby if needed etc . It is far better than a more expensive brand initially bought and sent back as picture quality wasn’t good , the hello baby however has excellent picture quality and sound is clear as can be . Don’t hesitate to buy it ! N/b - the aerial on the camera did break off accidentally after 10 months ( probably in transit , when we packed it and took on holiday with us ) . It still worked but could drop the WiFi signal , so I contacted customer services to discuss getting a new part and they went above and beyond and sent me a new monitor and camera completely free . I wasn’t expecting this but was so grateful as I now do not need to worry about the signal dropping out anymore . This monitor is really great and I was so pleased to get a replacement , it arrived in just a few days ! 10 out of 10

Easy to set up and image are so clear with motion detection and night light the best quality .I used different monitors with previous babies but the best so far .Great customers service with quick reply and good after sale service .i had some technicals issues but they send me replacement.

This is great if you need to adjust the camera angle once you are out of the room. We use it for my toddler when we are staying at others' houses or camping with power as it doesn't need WIFI so is super fast to set up.
