10/10. Bye bye dandruff!
10/10. We moved to a new apartment and it is apparently a little too dry, my sweet Ivy had dandruff appear out of nowhere and I could tell she was a little more itchy than usual. We’ve been giving her this oil for a little over 3 weeks and it is already SO much better. Her coat is incredibly shiny and soft, she has stopped licking herself as much and she actually eats her food with the oil in it, she used to refuse other brands of omega 3 oil. I’ve been keeping the bottle in the fridge as suggested by someone else in the reviews and I love that it comes with its own dropper. Instructions are clear and the product really actually works. If you and your cat are struggling just like us, I recommend this product.

A game changer
This fish oil has been a game changer for our cat. She has had immense problems with allergies, FIV, and overgrooming to the point we had to use collars, body suits, massive doses of allergy medication, and steroids. We have always looked for ways to bring relief without heavy medication, and this fish oil has been the fabulous finishing piece of care. It clearly made such a difference we were able to gradually wean her off steroids. Having used it for about 8 months, fuzz has grown back everywhere she had balded herself--tummy, arms and legs (we thought that fur was permanently gone). Her overgrooming has calmed to a regular amount. Most importantly, she and we are happy and healthy.

Great Product, Vet Approved, But May Cause Belly Issues
I bought this fish oil for my kitties because I wanted to help them with post winter dandruff, and this brand is great; I use a few Nordic Naturals products in my household.I had one kitty that absolutely loved the taste, plain and and in food, and one kitty that didn't like it so much, even mixed into food. For the kitty that enjoyed it: yes it did help with dandruff! But unfortunately I realized for her that it gave her some digestive upset. She had some gas and loose stools. Otherwise, she was behaving normally and eating normally so it took me a bit to figure out that it was her having issues. (Multi-cat household challenge!) So I have since stopped giving my kitties this product.I think the product itself is just fine, but just a word of caution that your kitty may not tolerate it. It is possible too that my kitty was consuming a bit too much because she was eating her "portion" plus eating the remaining portion of her sister's. Ah, cats! If I ever do try it again...I'll just use less.

Why didn't I get this sooner??
We have a cat that is on medication that can be crushed and administered in her food. Everything was going fine for quite a while and then suddenly, she started to notice it and began to refuse to eat her soft food. If we didn't put anything in it, she'd eat it. The minute I added her meds, she turned her nose up. I tried what I thought was everything yet nothing worked. I was ready to pull my hair out. My daughter mentioned that she ran into that issue once and used fish oil. I decided to give it a shot.It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The dropper leaves something to be desired, but it still works and I am able to clean it just fine. I prepared her food, crushed and stirred in her meds and then added the amount recommended but slowly doing drips all the way around the food trying to get it everywhere. I set it in front of her and watched her sniff it a few times. She took a lick, then another one. That was that. She ate it all! Best part, it's been over a month and she's still eating it all! She hasn't had any digestive issues from it and it has helped with her coat, which does tend to look a little less shiny due to her condition. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be ordering this again.

Important vitamins and minerals for your cat's health and fur coat. Impressive results!
This fish oil is full of important vitamins for your cat's coat and health. My vet recommended it for general health, and now she exclaims at how lush, hydrated, and full our cat's fur is. Just a few drops in their dinner once a day does the trick! Not expensive for what you are getting for your cat's general health.

Cures my cat’s seasonal allergies!
My cat Pippin was scratching his face until it bled. 2 vet visits and we guessed he had seasonal allergies. I started giving him this oil every morning 2 years ago and it’s like magic!Be aware that (for us) the effects wear off before the bottle is empty - when I notice him scratching badly again I order a new bottle and he’s all good. It’s just because there is a lot of oil and we don’t get through it fast enough. It lasts a long while before this happens. The eye dropper is messy so I just keep the bag it comes in and store it in the bag. I keep the box too and have the bottle and the dropper (in the bag) in there. You need to keep it all in the fridge or it will go bad.I recommended the dog version to my brother for his dog’s “hot spots” and it worked great as well. This is a miracle for my Pippin and I’m so glad I found it!

Change the dropper style back to what it was!!!!
I really like the product itself. I have 2 sphynx cats so their skin health is important to me. I've definitely noticed a difference. Their peach fuzz and skin has become buttery soft and even the crusty stuff in the inner corner of their eyes has been significantly reduced. I also noticed that I haven't had to bathe them as often which I'm presuming is because their skin is accumulating less oil so it's taking them longer to look and feel dirty. Overall they look much healthier. My issue is this flat out stupid dropper change. This is an OIL. You can't rinse it easily. Why would anyone want a cheap dropper that doesn't screw onto the bottle and gets oil everywhere? This change was 100% for the purpose of them saving money. They didn't drop even a penny off the price when they changed it. They knew full well that it was going to be an inconvenience and even though it's a small inconvenience, I have an issue with companies cutting corners at their customer's expense. Do better.
