Lovely to use. Smell great.
Feel lovely to use remove make up well. I use and then use a face wash. Might be a bit greasy if you don’t, however for dry skin might work well on its own. Smell lovely and don’t irritate my skin.

Good value for money!
I was looking for an affordable cleansing balm to get the job done. And I am not dissapointed! It smells amazing, comes in a nice packaging, is very affordable and dissolves the make up in seconds. My skin is sensitive and tends to not agree with many of the skincare products, yet fully accepts this one. It doesn't irritate my skin, never gave me a single break out.It has a very slidy texture when applied, it seems difficult to rinse, however! A cleansing balm is not supposed to be used on it's own, and should always be followed up by a water - based cleanser.I found that any water based cleanser is good enough to get rid of the residue of the W7 cleansing balm.It does it's job very well, such quick way to dissolve and remove make up. Excellent as a step One in your double cleansing routine.

Best makeup remover I’ve found.
Very easy to use. Once rubbed into my face it removes all traces of makeup and washes off without leaving an oily residue like many makeup removers do, nor drying out my skin. It has a distinct peach smell which I like but others may not enjoy as much. I find it very good quality for money and this has become a repeat purchase for me.

Removes makeup, but goes bad quickly and clogs skin
Technically does what it's meant to, but I've had this for just over a month and the lovely peachy smell has turned- it now stinks like a damp sponge. Plus it clogs my skin something terrible and I have to use a face wash to remove all the residue it leaves behind. It was nice for the few weeks before it went bad I guess.

Effective and great value, but can feel a bit greasy
It does its job quite well and offers great savings compared to water or oil-based makeup removers. However, it can feel a bit greasy and may be hard to rinse off unless you use a small amount and enough water. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering at all.

Useless Cleansing Balm. Don’t buy!
Oh, where do I even begin with this product? It proudly boasts about removing waterproof makeup in its description, but conveniently forgets to mention one tiny detail: DO NOT use it on your eyes. You know, that place where a good chunk of your makeup tends to reside? Yeah, that's off-limits for this so-called magical cleansing balm. Surprise!Of course, you only find out about this delightful little caveat once you actually receive the product and read the fine print. It's like a secret disappointment package, just for you. So much for effortlessly bidding farewell to your waterproof mascara and eyeliner. It's almost as if they want you to keep that panda eye look going strong. But wait, there's more! Using this product for a morning cleanse is apparently a terrible idea as well. Not only does it fail to make your skin feel fresh and clean, but it actually manages to achieve the impressive feat of making your skin feel dirtier than before. Congrats, cleansing balm, you've surpassed all expectations in the wrong direction. And let's not forget the grand finale: the Sahara Desert effect. Yes, this wonderful product excels at leaving your skin feeling dry and parched, as if you've been wandering through the desert without a drop of water. Ah, the joy of having your skin scream for moisture while you're desperately searching for a redeeming quality.I must admit, I had high hopes for this product. I wanted to fall head over heels in love with it, but alas, it turned out to be nothing more than a cruel waste of money. Even at its price tag, it couldn't justify its existence in my beauty routine. So, unless you enjoy disappointment and feeling like you've thrown your hard-earned cash into a bottomless pit, I'd recommend steering clear of this disappointing excuse for a cleansing balm.
