I ordered this CIRCA PRACTO, cause I thought my 15yrs. old OMRON SEM-1 not giving accurate reading, but comparing both no difference...OMRON SEM-1 is still as good as my new CIRCA PRACTO...Yeah there is some advance features in CIRCA PRACTO. Like hand movements and irregular heart beat detection (Arrhythmia).Can be operated by batteries (Alkaline or rechargeable Ni-MH) OR 6volts600A Adaptor.Machine is Small sleek & compact...Time and date is there for recalls...One thing I'm sure about that, cuff size 22cm-42cm is very sufficient for kids to large size arm, like old women...Overall if I, bought new cuff of CIRCA'S only, that will do the work...

I purchased this item with the expectation of correct BP readings. But on many occasions, I observed that it does not give the correct readings when compared with the mercury instrument which gives better realistic/correct readings.Therefore, medications solely based on the readings of this machine may be fallacious. Therefore, please cross check the readings with mercury or other brand digital instruments.

Please don't buy this product. Total time and money wasted. Not giving accurate results. Don't trust this product for medical purposes. Readings show a huge difference from actual readings. Poor customer service. Don't trust this product.
