I bought this line for a new reel , I’ll be using for larger Bass and stripers. At first I was getting frustrated because it had so much memory. So what is I did was soak it in a bucket of warm water and that solved the memory problem. I had no problem with a spool knot. It actually held better than I expected it to. Nice and tight

Only high-quality knots hold well with this line; otherwise, it tends to snap under pressure. If you aren’t confident in tying strong knots, this may not be the best option for you.Overall, it’s a decent line if you catch it on sale, but don’t expect it to last beyond a few outings. Good for specific trips, but there are more durable options out there for regular use.
