We have kinda crappy kitchen counters, and are saving for a remodel. There are times when people in my house don't wanna whip out a cutting board and just use my crappy counters. Uh. Whatever, fight the good fight. But this I use on my big cutting boards when I'm doing a lot of prep. Like I throw it down for icky meats, and then throw it away and my cutting board is still clean. I haven't cut through it yet.Other people in my house have issues this to keep me from loosing my ship when they use an exacto-knife on my kitchen table, coffee table, and other flat surfaces that are also not cutting boards. I'm sure there will be many other incentive uses for this in my house, and maybe even conditioning people to sue this and not my counters.I will keep buying it and might even get one to keep in the car w my emergency picnic stuff to keep cutting boards clean on day trips and such. Easy to use, cut and dispose of. Doesn't slide around too much that I've noticed.

Sometimes you just don't want to dig into the back of your cupboard for a cutting board. This product is easy to use. It is a one-time use but that's OK.We haven't cut through it yet so countertop is perfect.

doesnt always cut smoothly

I was pleasantly surprised how good this product is. Easy to tear off and doesn’t slip. It’s perfect for on the go and when cutting meat. Good value for the money, I will definitely buy this product again.

Having this made me cook more. I have cutting boards but don’t like to use them. I can say raw meats creeps me out. These I use it and throw away. I don’t worry about having to wash a board, or bacteria, etc.
