Pizza lover
Works very well Make sure you get one big enough, mine is ideal for my needs Been making home made pizza for a year, used metal pizza plates before(work ok) The stone is better it obviously cooks the base better Tried semolina flour to stop from sticking to paddle & stone but dont like the taste or texture it leaves, now just use flour & it works, doesn't stick to stone Used stone now about 6 times & looking good(food stained) which adds to experience. Pleased I bought it Pizza is my favourite treat, once a wk & the family also love it For the money buy one

Used for indirect cooking on Akorn Jr Kamado
Just what I needed - I bought this to act as a deflector plate for the Akorn Jr Kamado so I can use for indirect cooking. It's less than half the proces of the smoking stone and works just as well

Great product
This is a great product, have been wanting one for ages but always seemed like an extravagant purchase for cutting pizza. However I am not disappointed. The first time I used it I was annoyed at my purchase as I tried to cut it on the oven tray that I had baked pizza on. To no avail. Then moved the pizza to a plate and had pretty much same result. The second time I used it was much better and obviously the reason why some people have said the cutter does not cut. If you put your pizza on a flat surface like a chopping board or even your kitchen worktop and use the rocker then it cuts perfectly and you will be most happy as I am. It’s comfortable to grip and plenty big enough for a large pizza, cuts beautifully.

Good quality
It is good quality and did the crust lovely on my sour dough base, that I made, but as it cant be washed and the instructions say not to get any oil on it, which is ludicrous, hello cheese is oily. I sent it back, too much messing about, the instructions says to burn off the oil with a torch or in the oven???

Perfecto!!
Was looking for a pizza cutter, one of those wheeled things was in my mind, but I kept reading reviews saying the wheels come loose and then they're useless... I'm a sucker for longevity!! Then I stumbled across these types of cutters and thought ooohhh that's what I'm after.. Looked at a few different ones, most having wooden handles and apparently not very sharp or the wood splits. Anyway so I'm sitting thinking "I'm cutting pizza, not doing surgery. Does it need to be sharp?" Not sure of the answer to that but this cuts my homemade pizza perfectly, it's a solid weighty lump of metal with a good, hard, grippy rubber handle. Wouldn't want it rolled over my fingers that's for sure. It will cut your pizza. Game changer!!

I bought a wood fired pizza oven and it's important to move the pizza around for even baking. This peel works great. Pizza's slide off easily. The removable handle makes it easy to clean and store in a cabinet. Take off the handle and it fits in dishwasher. Very happy with this peel.

I've been making pizza in my oven and sometimes on my gas grill for many years. I've always used two smaller spatulas and they have worked reasonably well with a pizza stone and also with a perforated pizza pan. I recently got a pizza oven that sits on top of the grates in my gas grill. The oven only has a shallow front opening, so having a wide pizza peel, is a must for getting the rolled out dough in and out of the oven. I'm not real thrilled with the pizza grill, but I love using this peel tool with my pizza stone. When the peel is not in use, I store it alongside of my cutting boards, so it doesn't require any drawer space. It's light weight aluminum with a heavy wood handle, and it looks like it should last for many years.
