Good... but biased
This book is a good introduction. However, the author has a strong bias toward certain types... which shows in the book. One profile, in particular, has almost no positives...And... no spell check for certain chapters... and some of the graphs are wrong.My advice? Choose another book on DiSC.

An easy and informative read
Many great points throughout the whole book. The extensive personalities were great. I would like to see the DISC referred to more as behaviours than personalities. And Craig’s bio at the end is very interesting….
