I thought I could hear glass rattling when I opened the packaging, opened up the candle and was immediately scratched by glass, ordered for a friends birthday, completely unacceptable.

Not Usual White Company Standard
We've been very loyal to the brand buying a range of products from different vendors.We've downsized now so we thought the aromas would be stronger, but not with this one so we sent back after about an hours use, understood that you have to give time, maybe this was a faulty batch? But very disappointed from one of our favourite brands. Hope this helps. Quentin .
