Fits nicely and works well. Don’t often use the strimmer so this lasts me a very long time and if good value for money.

Good strimmer cable.A little fiddly to replace the existing spool but nothing too crazy. Probably a combination of the spool and the strimmer but the self feed function is hit and miss

Fantastic strimmer heads would be better if it came wound with more strimmer cable otherwise awesome

When I used the original spool which came with the Strimmer it lasted for ages but when the line ran out and I bought two new spools and fitted one and then another both ran out and were completely empty after only five minutes of strimming. This is despite the fact that both spools were supposed to have six metres of line and looked full when l fitted them. What a waste of money.!Ve

I have used my Makita strimmer with the original spool and line since I purchased it over a year go - which I think is pretty impressive. When the line ran out, rather than just purchase line I thought I'd get the spool/line combined. Mistake. I don't know how much line was actually on the spool but it was all used up in less than a week! The blurb says the spool accepts 20' of line, but I don't know if there was actually that much on, and at the price I think I will buy line only in future and rewind the spool myself. Not impressed.
