Is this going to work in an icing for cookies?

I did not buy it for that purpose I bought it as a serve to add to drinks and cocktails. I would assume if you blend it with icing it would work, but I did not try that.

Did the product have a seal besides the cap?

No other seal besides the attached cap. Mine arrived damaged with cap crushed, seal broken and top leaking. Waiting to hear if they will replace
