I am enjoying this little book. It has information in it that is interesting regarding folklore and belief systems within different groups. Not too much interpretation by the author which I appreciate.

This is a great book to introduce you to Celtic spirituality.

I got this book as I felt called to it. Danu (I beliece is the one who lives in Glastonbury aka modern day Avalon.) Wrote the book on Celtic pathworking with so much information. I didn't realize how much I was already practicing this . The book gives a way to refine and open your practice to the ancient ways. I was nervous to get this book as it is Celtic rather than just Irish , but I am not disappointed. The book has so much knowledge that will help you grow and be an amazing practitioner. I would highly recommend this book. I already plan on getting another one of her books. Bonus: **There is a section about the colors of the wind and weaving them. I am super excited for this part.**

Better than expected. informative without being hokey, plenty of references to back the content and I did not suffer from boredom in the slightest

The author was very careful not to add too many 'spells' to use word for word, admitting there are no rules we must follow in order to love the earth, wild, and our selves. She o ly strives to offer ways we can try to connect with the wild and rejoin our former selves. I am a believer that our disconnect to the natural word and into the virtual world has had such negative effects as depression, anxiety, and other social mental issues that plague many in 1st world countries. It was a wonderful guide to start a meaningful connection with ourselves and our surroundings. Highly recommend.

I'm very much in love with this book which is getting me in touch with my roots. Its a lovely read. And it has beautiful pictures and practical ways to use the info in the book, like guided meditations!

I love reading Danu Forest's books this is my third, her work connects you with the earth below and around you, both spiritually and historically. I highly recommend her books.

I love this book... it sits by my bedside and I'm on my third time around, reading it. Solid teachings, for beginner to long-term practitioner... wonderful meditations to connect to your innermost guidance... Wild Magic will thrill you but you will still want more from this brilliant Author.

Danu Forest never disappoints. Her works are so well-written, being full of information and academia without being dry or dull. She truly knows what she is talking about, and you can see her knowledge shining throughout all her works (she has a Masters in Celtic Studies). Wild Magic is a great resource for many Pagan traditions, including Wicca, Witchcraft and Druidry, especially if you are interested in Celtic lore. The exercises are highly recommended, and will help any practitioner deepen their relationship with the land, the Fair Folk, the ancestors and the gods. I know that I will be referring back to this work for many, many years, and will probably buy another copy so that I have one for the collection on my bookshelf, and another working copy which will no doubt be worn through so much use. This guide, I am sure, which prove very popular for many, many years to come!
