Yes it is. The name Polygel is patented by gelish so they legally can't call it polygel.

Q: Is this mma and hema gree

Yes it has HEMA in is sadly. All Makartt gel products have HEMA I have recently learned. I have even developed contact dermatitis from using the Makartt products!

Q: Can can you use a primer only without the gel base? I use Gelish polygel and it only uses a primer can I do the same with this polygel?

The product stays on longer and has a less chance of breaking off when you use the gel base in addition to the primer, in my experience.
