Kitchen Knife Set

Let me share my impressions regarding this knife Set. I won a Imarku knife in the past as a gift and I liked a lot, so I decided to buy this Knife set. The blades are made of high carbon stainless steel with a wood handle that is easy to grip and hold it comfortable. It look like the Knife set is very resistant, and high hardness. The handle are made of laminated Pakkawood, which makes the knives very stylized. My first great impression was the way it arrived in a fully cushioned box with blade protectors on the tip and the back point of the all blade knives. The blades are made of high carbon stainless steel with a polished wood handle that is easy to grip and hold it comfortable. Something I loved is that you can remove the steak knife Block from the main block, so you can take the knife block to a BBQ Table. Something I got really impressed was the scissor. It’s not a common scissor, it’s very sturdy and perfect to cutting meat, turkey, etc. I used to cut a whole chicken and was very helpful. This knives are very sharp. I love it very much. It is definitely worth the purchase!

These knives are great! I use these knives several times a day, and I love them! I’m in love with these knives. I researched the heck out of knives, before settling on these. They are exactly what I wanted. They are beautiful, very chic and modern, and the block is of good quality. This is an attractive and versatile set of knives. If you have old dull knives and buy these, be prepared because you will probably cut yourself. These knives are razor sharp, already cut myself once, cause I’ve gotten too accustomed to my dull knives. The blades are really sharp and it is a handsome set. Knives feel nicely substantial in your hand and cuts like butter. Them are well balanced, and the handles are very comfortable to hold. The handle makes me feel very secure, especially with how sharp these are. For the money, I think these are a steal. I cook a lot. I have a house with four people, all of whom I cook for on a daily basis. Be careful, THEY ARE VERY SHARP!!! The set worth the price

So, this is the first 'good' knife set I've ever owned. I have always used cheap knives, not thinking it was that big of a difference. I used a "ginsu" as seen on tv set that we received as a wedding present for 13-1/2 years. Unable to figure out what I wanted for christmas I decided I wanted to get a nicer knife set. So that was my wife's present to me (I'm the main cook, plus smoke and grill stuff). I picked it out after researching for a few days and ordered it and she wrapped it for me. Amazing. I have been so happy with the knife set. They cut through stuff like I couldn't imagine. The selection of different sizes and purposes fit all my kitchen needs. The sharpener (which I've never had before) cleans up the blades quickly and works well. It sped up my food preps and cooking dramatically. I have split turkeys and chickens with the shears easily also. Love these knives and look forward to years of use. Plus they look classy with the dark wood.

Overall, I've been pleased thus far with the functionality of these knives. However, there is a defect in the chef's knife I received where the spine of the blade is not perfectly aligned with the bolder and handle -- it appears to be a forging defect. The spine is about 5° out of alignment with the bolster/handle. It's visibly noticeable and also noticeable when the knife if laid on its side, however doesn't appear to affect cutting or cutting motion.

Great set of knives. Super sharp and they look super fancy in my kitchen. My old set of knives was cheap and lasted many years. So these ones will probably last me till I die. I like that the steak knifes storing block separate for the rest for easy usage, and man do they work nice. Even a well done steak is no match. A little extra care is necessary but worth the extra effort. All the knives came in pristine condition. No damage or defects where found. I think is worth the extra money you pay for these. These knives scream quality!

Beautiful knives, and very sharp. Personally love the set. However, some of the handles are a little crooked, and my eye is automatically drawn to it every time I see it. . It's not the slots in the knife block, it's the actual end of the handle. It's shaped like an oval, so the crookedness really shows in the knife block. EDIT- It's been several months, so imagine my surprise when the company reached out about the issue with the knives being crooked. They stated that they have improved their quality process and offered to replace my knives with the same or another set even. A pic of the newest set is uploaded. They look much better. They were also very polite and easy to communicate with. I thought the offer was above and beyond, especially since I wasn't exactly unhappy.

Kit complet et de bonne qualité. C'est un plaisir de cuisiner avec ces couteaux. Le seul petit défaut est que les dents des couteaux à steaks sont trop prononcés.
