Great Tunes
The variety to songs makes the run go faster. I do skip through some that don't match my pace quite as well. Easy to get find your cadence with some upbeat songs!

There are some really good songs on this album and the mix is what I was looking for on long runs. I did not find any songs that I outright did not like, so I give it a thumbs up.

What it says on the tin!
The album is exactly what a wanted,a mix of music to run to, as with all compilations there are several tracks that I don't particularly like but enough to put on my I pod to try and distract me on my runs.It's better than most exercise CDs I have purchased in the past.

Great inspirational CD
The price of the CD was less than the download, so I ordered it, and have now got it on my ipod. I find the BPM of around 150 perfect for getting a bit of extra effort out of me. The variety of music, is good, up to date and fun.I would recommend it for people who run at around 10 minute miling and want to improve this pace.

Great
Bought this for a friend who loved it - then I received it from someone else as a present and I love it. As usual with compilations - there are some songs I don't like but most are good and suit my jogging.
