Sump pump stand
Works as described. Seems well made and better than a brick to raise the pump off the sump basin.

Fit my Zoeller M63 perfectly
Perfect match for my Zoeller M63 pump. Some say set a brick in the sump well and that’s good enough. I say no thanks, works very well and is a perfect fit for Zoeller pumps. The hose clamp allows you to tighten clamp to pvc line and lower down as one unit into sump pit. Nice!!

Raises the sump pump off the bottom of the pit
Does what is supposed to do and raises the sump pump off the bottom surface of your pit. It was too big to fit into my smaller pit, so I had to cut the pipe holder end off and attached with cable ties. Thanks to another reviewer for that tip. Since this also raised the pump in the pit, I had to remove a bunch of stone from the bottom so that the pump would sit lower and the float would cut on prior to filling over the inlet holes. Keep that in mind, if you have a smaller pit. Otherwise works great.

Solved my problem
I have a French drain on my house that empties into a 7-foot deep drywell. The well bottom is stone, but not necessarily even or level. Last spring, I found that some enterprising chipmunk had dumped a lot of both peanut and acorn shells into the well, along with digging out enough of the stone dust that surrounds the top of the well to get my Zoeller pump switch stuck on and continually running. The stone dust part has been fixed with concrete, but I needed to do something to raise the underside of the pump. This stand looked like the answer. It is indeed plastic, but very sturdy plastic. I have read other reviewers comment on that, and while I don't know for sure, making it out of aluminum would probably make the cost prohibitive. Unlike another reviewer, the hose clamp I received was stainless steel; the self tapping screw that was included may not have been. As advertised, it allows for putting PVC feet on the bottom, which will raise the pump an additional couple of inches or so. I put them on, as much for not sinking into the stone as to gain additional height. Assembly is simple enough, but when I had attached the PVC pipe and lifted it, I found that the front side of the stand kind of flops down. There was no factory provision made for securing the front end. Probably wouldn't be a problem going into a floor-level sump, but 7 feet down, I had no way to support it. I used some heavy duty wire ties to secure the front end and that fixed the problem. It is, by the way, the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Better than a brick
My house’s sump pump was way past its prime, so I researched the crap out of the sump pump market, and bought this stand as part of my new setup. The stand is made from robust black ABS plastic, and is sturdy. It’s a breeze to put together, and I’m pretty happy with the result since it feels a bit more professional than setting my sump pump on a brick. The stand elevated the sump pump by about two and a half inches, but the stand can be further elevated as described in the instructions by fitting some plastic pipe around its legs. The bottom of the stand has holes in it to allow water to flow through to the pump, and also serves as a filter for any debris larger than about 3/4 of an inch. So far so good. I can recommend this product!

Flimsier than other sump pump stands, the mounting arm is non-functional
Sump pumps can shake a bit. Which I guess is why Zoeller created the only sump pump stand I’ve seen that includes an arm to attach the stand to the pump. However, the attachment arm looks more like a poorly-conceived afterthought rather than something that would prevent a 25 lb. sump pump from falling off its stand. The arm is way too flimsy and too poorly attached to the stand to offer any meaningful resistance to pump shake that would result in the pump falling off its stand. A more effective means would simply be to zip tie the stand to the area between the discharge port and the motor body on the pump. Other stands that cost less than half what Zoeller charges for this stand are actually more robust. I do think that a sump pump stand—even this mediocre one--will potentially be more stable and allow better/cleaner water flow to the pump’s intake port than will a couple of bricks.

Allows more options with 18" sump pits.
There are several reasons why I like this sump base.(1) It makes it harder for the pump to suck up rocks or other debris from the pit bottom.(2)Because the base allows you to change the height by installing custom length pvc piping to the underside of the base you can move the pump around to gain a little space with the backup (battery) powered pump,(or maybe another 120 volt unit if that's what you want. (3) It has a piping brace that you can secure to the discharge pipe to firm the installation up a bit. ....Although it is a little more pricy than other bases I have seen on offer, for me the extra money was well worth it.

Sump Pump Stand
Pretty durable and functional, but I did not need. Delivery was fast, though.

Used for my Zoeller 3/4 hp sump pump, worked excellent and keeps my pump slightly off the ground, while providing a good base. You can add pieces of 2" pipe to the three bottom foot mounts if you want it to sit higher off the bottom.

The stand is solid and made out of a very durable plastic. There are no instructions on how the unit goes together, however it is not hard to figure out. The only hard part is using a screw driver to attach the self taping screw. Once done it is great.

Cheaply made - my Zoeller pump doesn't fit securely into this, it just stands on this base free to move in any direction. No slots or anything to "snap" the pump into this base. The "handle" that attaches to the discharge pipe has to be screwed into the base directly into a thicker piece of plastic - well, that plastic isn't very thick, so a screw can bulge it when driven in. For this much money I definitely expected a purposefully design item. Do yourself a favor - buy some other similar item for 30-40% of the price for this one.
