Made my son a room of his own!
Great option for sectioning off part of a room. I have 5 kids, and when my son wanted his own room we figured out a way to give him his own space. Seems to be strong and hold well. My husband figured out how to install pretty quickly, it looks nice, it fit where it needed to and compared to building a wall it did the job in a very cost effective way.

Worth the purchase!
I was so stoked to find that these existed. I did not have a rod across my closet and only shelving for years. It was so easy to install in my closet and I only had to put holes in my walls for the anchors to support each side. I purchased another one for my office because I needed something to cover the background for Zoom calls. I purchased this and a couple of curtains and it worked perfectly. The rod was long enough to go across the room and it's very sturdy and never fell down once. I also use anchors on each side just for backup.

An inexpensive way to divide a room.
I was recently racking my brain to come up with a way to divide a large room in my house that was currently being used as my workroom for products that I sell on Etsy. As my 20-year-old grandson was moving in with us, I made my workroom smaller in order to make a bedroom for him and I wanted an easy and inexpensive way to separate his bedroom from my workroom. I saw this Room Divider Tension Curtain Rod when I was shopping for a bathroom shower tension rod on Amazon and it had gotten very good reviews. I was a little skeptical because the room was at least 12' across and I couldn't see how a tension rod could stay up over that expanse. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how well this tension rod works! I ordered 2 navy blue full-size flat sheets and attached them to the rod with round metal curtain hooks and put up the rod. With the round curtain hooks, the divider curtain slides easily across the rod and opening and closing the curtain is no problem. The tension rod, which is hung just below the ceiling, has stayed in place and not moved at all. I am very happy with this Room Divider Tension Curtain Rod because it solved my dilemma about dividing the room and giving my grandson some privacy. It was an inexpensive and rather simple solution to my problem and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

PERFECTOOOO!!
The media could not be loaded. This rod is good, thick & sturdy! I recommend having 2 people hang it especially if you are taking it across a long distance like me. My space is about 120” across. I stood on a chair, while my daughter stood on the bed. She held one end up just to keep it in place of exactly where I want the rod to be set. While she held that end, I was on the other end securing the tension spring so that the rod is tight, stiff and set in place for whatever curtains I use. KEYPOINT: So I was under the impression this was a rod you can twist until it gets tight as you need it. That’s not the case. For this one you are going to have to multitask 3 steps. It’s kinda like those old pinball game machine from back in the days where you pulling the spring & letting go. So for starters, you need to stretch the rod out a little longer than the actual space. So example: if your space is 120”, you wanna stretch it out to about 124” so that you can 1. FIRMLY PULL it so far back into the spring til it’s back at the 120” length you need it to be. Then 2. Let go of it on the wall in an area as close & evenly as you can to the other end of the rod on the other side. 3. Drag the rod up/down to the spot it needs to be so that it’s even with the other end. This is what creates that tight snug fit. The dragging/sliding is a little hard because essentially it’s suppose to be. But the stoppers on the end gives a tad bit of ease to do that final sliding into the perfect spot so it’s 100% even across one end to the other.

“Hang tight” and easy to set up
I recently purchased this curtain rod for my bedroom and I am beyond impressed with how easy it was to assemble and use. The instructions were clear and straightforward, making the installation process a breeze. I love how sturdy and durable the rod is, especially considering the wide distance it spans in my room. I love that it is also adjustable to fit the required space. It holds up my curtains perfectly and adds a touch of sophistication to the space. I am so happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and stylish curtain rod. This is my second one buying for another room - that’s how much I liked it.

Simple to Install. Heavy duty Rod.
I had a 47" closet opening I wanted to hang holiday motif over. The rod is overconstructed for this use, is adjustable, comes with a parts bag, a bag with 1 end cap, another bag with 2 more endcaps, and extender pole - most of which I didn't need for my current use and current width. This item seems very versatile on width capabilities. I love the finish, and I have used tension rods before. You adjust the width a bit over your opening size by pressing down on the metal button to slide to a notch that gives you just over your width measurement, test how much you can compress. I ended up giving 1 more notch in length, placed 1 end at my height desired, pressed from left end cap into that placed right end cap and wedge left end up in position. I had a very solid door frame at my placement location and was able to use a lot of pressure without fear of any wall damage. There is no twisting needed to adjust, the main pole comes with one end cap on it, I added another endcap and it was up and very solid in 2 minutes.
