These are great. They work as a breath mint and also add moisture to my mouth. Surprised and pleased as most products don't do what they promise.

Taste is more delicate than many. Hyuralonic acid is probably helpful--less xylitol maybe too (for tummy, anyway) Offers same challenge as most dry mouth lozenges (resist urge to chew & swallow). I use while sleeping, go thru more than I should - I try to keep 'em in my cheek area. [There exist 'glues itself in place' varieties; these didn't work for me in the past, but my mouth is drier still now - might b worth another try]

I've seen the other brand which has a gel or pills with a gummy sticky side, but wanted to try the tablet version. They have a pleasant spearmint sort of taste and do take a while to dissolve, but they don't last the night. I've had mixed results in using them, but overall they were good. Since I tape my mouth when I use my cpap, I haven't tried taking another when I wake up during the night. I'm going to try sticking one between my cheek and gums to see if that helps.

Hyaluronic acid gel is used in Europe to treat oral aphthous ulcers, which I get on occasion, but I have not found such a product in the US.I bought these for that purpose, and they work nicely. I put a tablet directly on the sore last thing before going to bed, and it helps speed up the healing of the ulcer. I’d say it works as well as prescription triamcinolone dental paste, without the nasty taste and unpleasant grittiness.It also helps with dry mouth.

My dental hygienist suggested I find a product to use at night because she said I have dry mouth issues. I tried another product but it had xylitol in it and I didn't want to risk my pets getting into it. I saw this and researched the ingredients: hyaluronic acid and herbs. When I had my checkup last week my hygienist wanted me to tell her what products I am using because my gum tissue was greatly improved. She is going to try this one herself.

I was looking for something to augment my nicotine lozenges as I stepped down. I wanted something with a chalky texture that I could roll around in my mouth for a while before it dissolves, similar to the nic lozenges. And I didn't want it to be sticky candy or anything too "minty". I like that these are sugar free - and Xylitol is actually GOOD for your gums. And they have the added benefits of Hyaluronic acid, which I researched when I first found these -- and that stuff is awesome!). So these are PERFECT! I'm HOOKED! Now... what do I buy to get me off of these? ;-)

I've been buying these for awhile. They help my dry mouth issue.
