Are these big enough to make popcorn bags? Its for a small gathering. Thank you in advanced.

If you just want a few popcorn kernels, about a child’s handful or so they would. However, if you want fuller bags no. They are really nice to work with, and they are about as long as a regular tootsie pop stick. They worked well for my homemade suckers with plenty of room, but the diameter would not handle something the size of a popcorn ball. They would work well for small treat, a little popcorn, some m&ms , etc and the twist ties work great.

Can apples fit in here?

No. Definitely not. I made large cake pops and was unable to fit them inside the bags. They’re not wide enough.

What material are the lollipop sticks made of? I see "papery material" and "nontoxic" in the description, but looking for more information.

It is papery material, but don’t know if it is toxic.
