I bought this for my protein shakes and collagen. It has exceeded my expectations. It mixes everything well with no lumps, and the battery lasts for days.

I received a mixer from my wife as a Christmas present, realised it wasn’t 100% working so I looked for a refund. Realised I was over my send back date I was left a bit gutted. However I contacted the main supplier and their customer service is second to none, without much hesitation they have sent a replacement straight out. Can’t thank them enough. All products will receive defects, it’s how they deal with the issue that separates an ok company to a great company. Fair play.

Good when worked but broke after 2 weeks of light use. Not eligible for refund.Update: customer service contacted me the next day, apologised and replaced item.Great follow up customer service.

This is the second or third one I’ve ordered that has not worked properly after a month of using it

Update:Following my review, the supplier got in touch with me and offered a refund or replacement for the faulty product. I opted for a replacement and it arrived very quickly. My husband has been using it every day for about a month now with no issues. It works very well and it is so much easier to clean than a traditional shaker.——————I brought this as a Christmas present for my husband. He has used it three times a week since the start of January and despite being fully charged the motor is now already so weak it no longer blends his shake. Back to a tradition shaker I guess.

Bought this and was sceptical, I'm a delivery driver and it's im not always able to stop for food so bought this for clear whey protein. First use took a minute to get the double press mixer to go as you have to do it in quick consetion for it to go for 2 minutes. Once started add powder into vortex and leave to mix. Found it does this perfectly but.... I bought this with the 600ml capacity but as the vortex goes obviously the liquid goes up. So by putting 450ml in to mix then add extra is a bit more faffing but ok. There are reviews with it not mixing properly but I havnt used thicker proteins but from what I gather as long as you follow instructions and start the vortex before adding powder you shouldn't have an issue. Also as a driver it's hard to find a shaker that fits in drinks holders but this fits perfectly with and without rechargeable base AAA*. After mixing 2 shakes for 3 minutes each battery indicates half charge from a full charge so perfect for what I use it for. I love mine and have got 5 other people to buy from my works plus my wife. A bit pricey but when compared to AA/AAA battery operated once this will save money in the long run. I've been using mine now for 4 days and no issues or complaints.Perfect for on the go, mixes better than a shaker (in my opinion)Only thing I found to have a niggle over was the mouth spoute being very short on the lid

Firstly let’s start off with the packaging,I think it was actually kinda cool with the Pringles tube kinda vibe , happy days 👌Open it up, instantly see the clip clasp thing whatever you call it on top seems to be made of a cheap plastic that could snap if I blow on it maybe go for a metal one instead? 🤷‍♂️Anyway, i purchased said product in high hopes that it would make my life that little bit easier when it comes down to getting them protein shakes in but NO! How wrong was I .At first I opened up the Pringles tube pulled out the shaker with all the contents and charged up the base as instructed.After a couple of hours charging “says charge for 2 hours) I jumped up like like I’d just heard the Microwave ding to go and test it out.I put 500ml of water into my cool new vortex and pressed the button to get it going….cut off after 3 seconds…tried again and and again and the same happened. Went to the instructions and it talks about press once,press twice, triple click , press and hold for 84 seconds or use your telepathic capabilities to make the water swirl like a waterspout but anyway!Got there in the end, couldn’t tell you how to do it though or how many times to press ect.. I still don’t know how I managed to keep it on long enough to add some protein to the mix but I can tell you it’s definitely not the double click it says in the instructions 🤦‍♂️So I added 1 scoop…everything was going fine….second scoop it stopped!The whirlpool vortex mixing thing just stopped working because the motor was no where near powerful enough!You can make better whirlpools in your brew with a teaspoon!Anyway I needed 3 scoops of protein for mans gains and obviously this clearly wasn’t the way forward.To cut it short I will have to go through all the process of returning this product as it was not what I thought/ what it says it’s made forAnd yeah I’ll just stick to my loud af Ninja blender instead 👌Thankyou
