These raw almonds from NOW foods are fresh with good texture. However, I use them for making almond milk and don't snack on them, as tempting as it is. It's a good deal.

Makes great almond milk
I like these almonds, but when I soak them overnight there is an odd, significant cloudiness at the bottom of the water. I never had this problem when I soaked organic almonds. However they make great almond milk.
