Worked perfectly to unclog freezer defrost drain line in minutes
Our refridgerator was leaking water on the floor due to a clogged freezer defrost drain line. Tried hot water, vinegar and baking soda with no success. This tool was very easy to use and manuveur through the tubing to push the clog out to the evaporation pan underneath the fridge. It literally took a few mins to fix a problem that was plaguing me for weeks. Wish I purchased sooner.

Good for the price, hopefully it lasts a while
I'm using this to clean the drinking tube for my hydration pack. (A Nathan/Hydrapak bladder and tube). Once I remove the tube from the bladder I can insert this cleaner into one end (after removing the coupler). With some dish soap and water, this tube cleaning brush seems to do a good job of scrubbing the funk from the inside of the tube and it's long enough to reach all the way to the end. (Tip: if you're doing the same thing, hold the far end of the drinking tube as you pull the brush out...it'll come out much easier!)It's a $7 piece of thin metal and plastic so I don't know how long it will last. Hopefully years with some decent care (rinse it after and hang to dry...don't put away wet!) And half the price of the actual Nathan cleaning brush (and longer!)

Must have for older refrigerators
Our old Kenmore fridge has been leaking water from the freezer into the fridge, I've disassembled the freezer multiple times to try to fix the issue - but it kept coming back (I melted the ice in the drain hole with a hair dryer, used a short straw cleaner to clean the hole, poured boiling water down the hole - the issue would always come back in 1-3 weeks).I live in a rental, so I could have just contacted my landlord to send someone out to fix the issue - but people I know have contracted COVID from repair technicians who entered their home. I'm immunocompromised and can't risk it. So I ordered this cheap pipe cleaner to resolve the issue once and for all.IT WORKS. I pulled SO MUCH thick gunk out of that drain hole (the attached picture is the THIRD PASS THROUGH I MADE WITH THE CLEANER - the first pass was absolutely disgusting). I'll keep this around to clean the drain hole every year or so, and use it to unclog drains as well. So worth your money.

Worked for fixing my leaking refrigerator where other measures were only temporary
My fridge is a side by side Maytag MSD2757AEW and I think it's 20 years old so I've repaired different parts of it a few times. Latest issue has been water leaking out the front of the freezer from the defrost cycle. A common problem, you can web search the solution, but I've found that melting all the ice only gives me about 8 weeks before it leaks again and the drain didn't drain. I also tried a pipe cleaner down the defrost drain but a standard pipe cleaner isn't stiff enough and a wood skewer is too stiff. My drain tube is discontinued so can't replace it and it has a 90 degree elbow about 8 cm down as shown in the picture. Been working on this for just over 6 months now. This tool worked great with a little pressure I got around the corner and out came a ball of lint stuck down there and blocking water flow out the drain to the evaporation tray. The brush part would be perfect for this job if you cut it shorter but I didn't want to lose the plastic end bit and it worked. Thank you Amazon

Worked as expected
Needed to clean out some long plastic tubing and this filled the bill.Only issue I had was that I had to basically lay the tubing out straight to push this brush through.Worked great though.
