Excellent bit for the price
I purchased this bit to flatten put some smallish walnut slabs. I don't have a cnc, so I used it in my Milwaukee plunge router with a shop-built sled.My results couldn't have been any better! The bit left a perfectly smooth finish with no scorching and virtually no swirl patterns.I'm not sure about the longevity of the bit - I don't do much slab work. But the cutters are sharp and even, so as long as you don't drop it straight onto concrete and booger up the carbide, I don't see any reason this bit wouldn't last.Absolutely would recommend and purchase again if needed.

Good value
The router bit arrived on time and was well packaged. I used it to flatten a log slab of walnut and it did a great job. It left the slab with a clean smooth surface

Perfect for leveling out slab woods.
Arrived quickly as exactly as described. Works perfectly for creating flat edges needed when working with raw cut slabs (those that are too big for a planer). Definitely recommend purchasing.

Chewed through 2 sap soaked wood disks.
I'm making two tables for my daughter both from fresh cut pine, and they are dripping with sap. To level both I had to remove 1 1/4" of wood ramped on both sides. It took a little while, and as expected it made a sticky mess. My most important discovery was not to exceed the thickness of the cutting surface. All four cutting carbide edges stayed on and the bit got super hot and never needed a break.
