excellent product
Tried similar products which always discoloured within a few weeks. Follow the instructions and you get perfect results and so far headlights remaining perfectly clear. Excellent product

Expensive, but excellent
The kit is expensive in comparison to other similar products, and further expense is involved purchasing emery paper, rubbing compound and protective glove. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. That said, the kit will restore 3 sets of headlights, so cost is defrayed over time. The overall result was staggering. Superb.

Yellow headlights are now like new
Really good, the headlights look like new. It would be better if it came with some sandpaper as it is quite expensive as is, but it has done a good job. I will just have to wait to see how durable it is.

Don't like it
Too difficult to put on the UV protection liquid. Very difficult to get even coat. Had to remove it and try again but still not able to get a great finish. 2nd issue is that it doesn't come with sandpaper or gloves. So had to buy that seperate. Waste of money going to buy different kit from different brand.

Not sure if I'll buy again. It all depends what you need it for. With enough elbow grease and skill you can make the headlights look as new, no exaggeration here, very impressive results, as thousands of reviews here will attest. However the product only last for about a year or so. I first tried this in 2023 on my 2016 MDX, that only started to show isolated cloudy spots. Most of the headlight was still looking great. I was really happy after applying this product, headlights really do look amazing on day 1. However, after about a year I started to get cloudy spots again, and it went downhill really fast after that. After another 12 months the headlights looked horrible, completely cloudy, not a single clear spot, with yellow blotches all over. I fell like they would've faired much better if I would've let them alone. I can't really explain why, but I decided to spend another >20 bucks on a new kit and reapply. Not sure how others claim to do this in "15 minutes", in my case it took over 90 for both and it didn't feel like I was going too slow. This time the "Surface activator" actually looked like it did something, and was pretty effective at removing the old failed coating, and the sanding and polishing steps made the headlight look better, rather than worse. Impeccable results once again, after all was finished and done, but I don't want to go through this again a year from now. I do use masking tape, and I still managed to spill a drop of "UV bock" clear coat on car paint and only noticed it after it has cured. Two years later that ugly yellow spot was still there and not budging at all. Since this is more of a paint job rather than a "rub on" application all the effort put into prep work and proper conditions really do pay off. It's not easy to do it right, and it's a pity the result only lasts 12 month. There are plenty of other products that are more of a polish+wax type of product and possibly don't look quite as amazing fresh after application, and probably only last half as much, but really do only take 15 minutes to apply, without too much stress about rain or dust or getting this stuff on car paint. For simple day to day use I think I'd rather go with something like that.

This product is amazing for headlight restoration. It is easy to use, and I think it will last long based on what i observed. My advice for any user is to ensure you sand your headlight very well, starting from about 450 and stepping up by about 200 grains each time, depending on how bad your headlight is. I purchased a separate sandpaper bunch for this purpose, and it helped. The instructions are there, but i will add that ensure you are using water as you sound the headlight, lots of water will not harm the process. The use of water is very essential. The result you will get is simply amazing. I had my headlights restored to like new after so many years of use. Also, when storing the UV light liquid, ensure you seal it properly, as it will solidify on contact with air. So, either you use the entire content at once for your three headlights or you ensure you find a way to airtight the UV Blocker. Overall, i think this product is excellent and i will recommend it for headlight restoration to like new.

This worked great. I am actually really impressed. I sprayed the applicator and it pulled out yellow I didn't even realize was there. I then polished using toothpaste. After polishing the lenses were clean but not "clear" as soon as I applied the UV coating it was like magic and the lenses turned crystal clear (see before and after pictures). I'll update in a couple weeks to see how it holds up.
