These are so great to wear when working out. I will be honest, I hate working out. I have a bum knee and, if we're 100% honest, I would prefer to sit on my butt and eat unhealthy snacks. But I've reached an age where I have to choose whether to commit to a path involving a lot of scary medications in my future for some genetic defects, or try to improve vascular function via exercise.So I suit up in middle-age fashion (baggy shorts over my compression tights, loose T-shirts, & robot-knee-brace), and pay a trainer to torture my lazy old muscles.These socks, on the other hand, cushion my feet and ankles in all the right places, and genuinely do provide a little compression support at the arches. I haven't had a single blister since I started wearing them.So after my alternate-day voluntary fitness masochism, while every single muscle I possess is screaming in agony, my feet feel just fine.
