More work than it saves
Yes, it works beautifully on bananas and strawberries. The slices are uniformly thin. You can’t adjust the thickness and, when you slice bananas, the slices stick together. You need to clean it right after use or the banana juices hardens on the blades. It you are slicking a single banana, this saves no time. If you slice strawberries, it is great.

just be careful of blades, hold it right. just whipped out 5 trays of bananas to put into the freeze dryer in5 min tops.
