This is a well-made unit although the straps are a little on the weak side, but I think you’ll get past that after you see results like I do.

This was a VERY pleasant surprise and a MOST EFFECTIVE supplement for those who are SERIOUS about their arm training. It's also GREAT for those of us who do NOT NEGLECT OUR FOREARM TRAINING AS WELL!!! Wait!!! Come back!!! The ADDED BONUS of wrist straps as part of this purchase is SHEER GENIUS!!!I must say that was a MAJOR FACTOR in my decision to go with Tikaton and I will be looking at their line of products much closer going forward!!!
