Bright as heck and makes my glass POP. It's heavy duty and seems like it'll really last. My only complaint is it gets HOT but it has a solid aluminum case with built-in heatsinks to protect the LEDs. It might not be best for an enclosed space. I also have the 50 watt version and, while it works well, this is better, albeit hotter. They both put out very little visible light.

I love this uv light. It was delivered very fast in time for my daughters last minute party switch up. It works so well. I am impressed with the quality. All I had to do was connect it and turn the switch on which was simple. Its insanely bright. I haven't had it for long but I feel like it will last a long time. I would recommend this.

We use a white Twin bed sheet,or a white beach towel and illuminate it with this light on Summer nites to see sooo many cool Moths. Sometimes the Bats come in to feed and we get to see them do their thing too....A great glow for bonfire parties too, without ruining your night vision. Pretty good item for the $ !

I get plenty of reaction from all of my longwave minerals, but they are slightly drowned out by the visible light emissions.Cons: No ZWB front filter to cut out the visible light. Short cord with power switch right next to the plug.Pros: The unit doesn't get extremely warm, at least not what I can feel after an hour of use, it isn't unbearably hot to touch. The unit draws ~45W, close enough to 50 assuming the use of 5-10% tolerance components. Output of UV is roughly 15w, which isn't bad. My minerals do light up decently when I pass the light a foot and a half over them, which is more height than I'd ever need in my cases.This would be much better with filter glass. Otherwise, it is usable. I bet this would work as a curing light at work for uv-sensitive conformal coating.

I don't have a meter to measure how close to 365nm that this lamp is, but it does a fairly good job illuminating the fluorescent rocks in my display case

Purchased this to print palladium and platinum prints. Worked well to print single 8x10 inch prints in under ten minutes. The light was about 12 inches from the surface of the print during exposure. I did not try larger papers.

the closest ive been able to find to a 365NM light, im not exactly sure what wavelength this actually is it seems very close, emitting a strong fluorescing light thats mostly just seen as a dim haze in your vision, along with a strong white light. i suspect slapping a piece of UV bandpass filter glass over the front of it would filter out all the visible light and smooth out the UV. the units power supply is extremely dirty however, causing a ton of audio interference so i have to dock it some for that, as its safe to say this will usually be used in conjunction with music.id say its a good buy either way though. there MIGHT be 1 other company thats got something better, but for this price point it cant be beat. the other option is literally like 3-5x as expensive.
