Great bouy.
I love the bouy feels comfortable and takes the stress off kicking. I am currently waiting a hip replacement, with severe transferred knee pain. This helps greatly!

I like the colour, grey-light blue. I won't mix it up with the other swimmers who all seem to the same dark blue pull. But it's smaller than I expected. Works ok but is smaller than my previous pull buoy. Came quickly from Amazon, so that's good.
