The label reads the same as on a premixed bottle: Sugar, Dextrose, Citric Acid, Salt, Sodium Citrate, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Monopotassium Phosphate, Calcium Silicate and Yellow 5 (for the lemon/lime) flavor.

Do the lemon lime packets have an odd almost chemical taste like the large can of powder mix has?

My kids say this tastes just like the liquid bottles from the store. So, in their opinion, no it doesn't have any odd flavor.
