Except T joint everything is good.It looks good, feels smooth in holding and easy to clean because of non-grooving hose.Three design make it different from generally available bidet in market:1. Easy on off control is very handy. You don’t have to keep pressing to turn it on. Just twist the knob and you are good to go.2. Long nosel - useful whilst trying to clean unreachable area3. Non-groove hose- easy to keep it clean.T joint started leaking so plumber has to replace it with his own.

I bought this after struggling to fit a different brand from Amazon, but this one was much easier and worked first timeIt's really nice that you control it all from the dial on the handle and don't have to reach to turn the tap on the cistern every time you want to use it. The connection to a cistern is a t fitting with no valve so it's less likely to leak
