Very easy and effective
So far I have only used this in breads, but it is very nice texturally, is fresh while adding no bad aftertaste, and dissolves easily, unlike many other soy lecithins. When I make bread in my sand mixture, I can just add this to dry ingredients and not worry about it, as it dissolves in cold water. I plan to also use it in drinks like nut milks where it should be equally effective.I may try to find a cheaper option some place, but I think this is very much worth it if you can afford it.

still unsure
Not sure if I actually need this or not. I am learning to make bread from home ground wheat berries. So I can't give a truly accurate rating.

Worked well for lotion making
I bought this product to use in making lotion. It arrived on time and packaged well. I started with a body butter recipe comprised of equal parts shea butter, coconut oil, and cocoa butter. I wanted something a bit lighter in texture and feel, so I followed some instructions online for proportions of soy lecithin to add. Most of what I read said that the soy lechithin needed to sit in liquid (I used distilled water) for half an hour before mixing into the oils. I didn't get it to come together well at first and ended up adding some of the powder directly into my mixture. The small granules mixed in quite easily and dissolved fully despite not being pre-soaked. The lotion came out well and was a nice sheer feeling which was great for the summer months.

Noticeably Improves Baking Rise and Keeping Time
I have been watching Modernist Pantry YouTube videos to 'see what works' and to 'learn how to use' a given product. Soy lecithin powder is an emulsifier that binds water and fat together in a way that holds moisture longer. As a long-time bread baker, I wanted to see if this product and its chemistry could 'up my game.' Wow, did it: my wife loves the texture and flavor of my newest all-white wheat loaves. Well, honestly, so do I. I use a yeast, water, sugar, flour and salt starter to make a sponge. I added the recommended 1% by flour weight of soy lecithin powder and my sponge was more like a batter: creamy. I mix by hand and so I could feel as well as see the difference in texture as the sponge was developed into a dough. I got an unprecedented (for me) rise from my loaves and the texture was 'mousse-like', with more even distribution of air pockets throughout the loaf from top to bottom and from edge to edge. Check out the Modernist Pantry YouTube videos to see firsthand how to use the product. ALAS, the proper proportion of product versus flour only appears there; not on each individual packet.

Perfect for baked goods
I use this when I'm making edibles for the extra additive that some people require. There are some really great recipes that include this for Ampang up your baked goods.

Simply amazing!
I bought this for special gummy’s, but I have started using it in so many things, especially homemade salad dressing… if emulsified it makes a thicker salad dressing consistency and I feel it adds to the taste too! 😇

Works well
Works as expected, good value, glad to find a package that was not tiny and not have to invest in massive bulk buy.

IDK if it helped the gummies.
I used part liquid and part powder because I didn't have enough liquid. Gummies came out of the mold in 2 layers and I was hoping the thc oil wouldn't be on the bottom layer and Gummies layer on top. They look very cool. I used 4 boxes of s/f jello 6oz, lecthin, gelatin. Make sure you get to the rolling bubble boil when all ingredients are added. Keeping it moving to stop leaks.
