The LED lamps do their job in providing equivalent light output as the previous used halogen lamps with a low energy consumption. As they are covered by a white shade the overall unappealing LED look is irrelevant. They dim gradually when needed. HOWEVER... when I turn the floor light off, the lamps keep glowing at a very low output.I have without wanting now a "night light" in my living room.

Only 5 LED bulbs were sent — not 6 as ordered. Of the 5 only 4 were the right bulb. The 5th bulb was total different and would not be able to be used.DO NOT PIBISH THIS.

Had two fixtures with two 100w bulbs in our bathroom. Sure I could hear the meter spin up every time I flipped the switch. Over the last few years I’ve purchased a number of the BA15 LEDs, none satisfied by wife. Kept looking for the highest watt bulbs in a warm white. Think these 10w lamps finally achieve what we’re looking for.

I bought a 6 pack of the LXCOM bulbs in July 2023. All of them worked fine, but they claim that they are as bright as a 80W halogen. I'd say 50W is a stretch. Color temperature was acceptably close to the halogen bulbs I replaced.However, soon they started failing. When the first failed after a couple months, LXCOM sent me a replacement. That was good. The next one failed, and LXCOM said that they would credit me the price of a 2-pack. I agreed, but they didn't sell 2-packs of the bulb. Bummer.They continued to fail, and now, after 1.5 years, all but 2 of the 7 lamps have failed.To replace the failed units I purchased the BA15D LED Bulb Dimmable 10W from J Kingkelai, and these are significantly brighter (about equal to a 75W halogen), and have better color temperature (virtually matches the halogen color).In one picture I show a fixture with the top 2 bulbs from LXCOM, and the bottom from J Kingkelai. You can see a notable difference in brightness and color.In the other picture I show a 75W halogen in the top position, a failed LXCOM in the middle and a J Kingkelai in the bottom.Better to buy the J Kingkelai bulbs. So far they appear to be a better bulb.

I just installed all 6 of these. They are very nearly as bright as the incandescent bulbs that they're replacing, are very nearly as warm looking, and dim well. I just installed them so I don't know how long they will last yet.

replaced incandescent bulbs. Easy to install. Better light. lower temp. Would have preferred to not have to get 6 pack but still worth it. If not for this would be 5 stars
