This is a great tool for use on older cars. Just rember to keep the tire pump up that is supplying the air.

This is the second one of these I’ve bought. My first one was 45 years ago! That got lost many moves ago. Which is a pity because it worked really well. Fast forward and I’m rebuilding a 1970’s Lotus so this should work perfectly … when I get around to fixing the brakes.

Once you make sure everything is super tight - it does the job well and makes one-person brake bleeding pretty easy. Found that the fluid pickup tube inside the bottle came loose after one use - but it can simply be reversed - or easily replaced if necessary.

The provided chuck that connects the fluid bottle to the tire air valve leaks excessively quickly deflating the tire. The air connection chuck is cheap stamped metal and even after hours of fiddling with it I could not get it to seal. The seller stated that they have sold many of these and the defective chuck was unusual. They were very prompt in responding and provided a refund. The seller gets 5 stars for customer service.

This is a lifesaver for my MG. Before this gem, I couldn’t get fluid into my system with a failed PDWA valve. As fluid gushed from the defective valve, I finally knew what needed to be fixed.None of the reservoir caps that came with it fit my ‘77 Midget. This was easily remedied with the cap from the old master cylinder and a drill.

I didn’t know what to expect. I got this for my ‘62 mini and to my surprise it actually bled my brakes quickly. I highly recommend this tool to any technician/mechanic.

Worked just as advertised. I used a 12" trailer tire as the air source, and only had to repressurize it once while flushing DOT 5 fluid out of all brakes and the clutch and replacing with DOT 4 . Much easier than the pump-up bleeder, and vastly superior to the vacuum approach. Was surprised to find that the kit was shipped from the UK, so it takes just a little bit longer to arrive than the typical Amazon free shipping.
